About the Position
As a Landscape Laborer, you’ll play a vital role in creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces. From lawn care and planting to hardscaping and property maintenance, you’ll gain valuable experience while working on a variety of projects. No prior experience is required—just a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn!
Responsibilities:
- Assist with mowing, trimming, edging, and general lawn maintenance
- Perform seasonal cleanups, including leaf and debris removal
- Install mulch, sod, plants, and trees
- Assist with hardscaping projects such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls
- Use basic landscaping tools and equipment safely and efficiently
- Work as part of a team to complete daily tasks on schedule
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Requirements:
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs and working in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors
- Experience in landscaping is a plus but not required
